My channel was created to help other people struggling with sleep disorders and/or mental health issues. After years of not sleeping properly, excruciating excessive daytime sleepiness and growing depression and anxiety I was diagnosed with Narcolepsy. Before the diagnosis I had set out on a journey to record the environments and recreate the sounds that helped me cope with all the tiredness and reduce my anxiety.
