Flour( All purpose flour)500 g(start low,add more if needed)
Whisk until Combine
Combine all together
Knead by hand for 5_7 minutes
Grease the bowl with oil
Put the dough in bowl
Rest 60_90 minutes
Punch out gas
Spread and round like a ball
Cover for 15 minutes
After rest
Spread well
Roll dough
Put the roll in loaf pan
Cover for 30_40 minute
After rest
Brush with milk
Bake 30_35 minutes
