Though this channel is science-based, not all of our self-care rituals need to be in order to reap real health benefits.
I am so excited to finally touch upon a fascinating phenomenon: the placebo effect!
Though placebos are typically neglected in science / used as negative controls, they are very powerful means to achieving positive health outcomes.
I hope you enjoy this broad introduction to placebos and more importantly, I urge you to keep taking action to support your health and happiness. Our minds and bodies are powerful.
