Mutton karahi
Ingredients:
Mutton 1/2 kg
Oil 1/2 cup
Ginger garlic paste 3 tbspn
Tomato 4
Red chilli flakes 1 tbspn
Black pepper powder 1 tbspn
Cumin powder 1 tbspn
Coriander powder 1 tbspn
Garam masala powder 1 tbspn
Salt 2 tbspn ( or to taste)
Kasuri meethi (fenugreek leaves) 1/2 tbspn
Yougurt 1 cup
Cream 1/2 packet
Garlic chopped for garnishing
Coriander leafs for garnishing
Method:
In a pot add meat, salt and water mix well and bring it to boil, cover and cook on low flame for 1 hour till meat is cooked 80 percent.
In anoter pot add oil, meat and fry for 5-10 minutes.
Now remove the meat for pot.
In the same pot add ginger & garlic paste add tomatoes and cook till soft.
Now add spices and cook on medium flame till oil seperate.
Add meat yogurt and 1 cup yakhni remaning for boiling meat.
Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
Now add kasuri meethi, garlic chopped, coriander leafs and cream mix well.
Cover and cook till 5 minutes and serve
