What real NMN looks like and at what temperature it should be stored, as per David Sinclair himself in a recent interview - evidently both Nicotinamide Mononeucleotide AND Nicotinamide Riboside need to be REFRIGERATED 24/7 - and it should remain in a closed container to keep humidity out! For taste, the powder is actually slightly sour according to my wife (bitter according to me), but with the yogurt, you can't taste it at all.
