If you dont have the time to make Cabbage Rolls,this is the best recipe to make it the LAZY way.
INGREDIENTS:
2-Lbs. Ground Beef (drain off any extra grease)
1-Onion (diced)
3- Garlic Cloves (diced)
5-Small Sweet Red Peppers (diced)
1- Head of cabbage (diced)
1-28 oz can of diced tomatoes
1-Quart of tomato sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Fry your ground beef,(drain off any fat) Add your onion, peppers,garlic to your pan....
Chop your head of cabbage...Add the cabbage to your pan..Keep your burner on medium heat stirring...Add rest of ingredients and cook for about 20/30 minutes or until your cabbage is nice and tender. If you like you can add in cooked rice, about one cup, or if you like more rice...
