Aviri Kudumullu | Steamed Rava Flour ( Undrallu ) | Prasadam Recipe ( 10 minutes )

Recipe :
Ingredients :
Rice rava ( Rava Flour ) (or) Idli Rava - 1 cup ( if rava is not available take 1 cup rice and blend into coarse powder ,sieve it and use rava.
Water - 2 cups
Ghee -1 tsp ( optional )
Chana dal - 1/4 cup ( soak chana dal for 30 minutes) rinse and drain water.

Procedure :
In Instant pot, add add all the above ingredients and mix well . close the lid and set vent position to sealing.
Set Time :
Manual (or) Pressure cook - 3 minutes
Pressure - HIGH
Release - Quick Release
When pressure is released, then open the lid and transfer the rava mixture to a bowl .
When rava is warm enough to touch, then wet your hand with plain water and make balls ( bog or small )
Place these rava balls in a steam basket .

Clean the instant pot , or in same pot
add water - 1 cup, insert trivet and place steam basket with rava balls.
Se Time for Steam :
Steam - 1 minutes
Pressure - HIGH
Release - Natural Release (or) Release after 1 minute
When pressure is released, then open the lid and remove the steam basket.
