The most important question to close any deal in sales is WHY NOW. Why should your prospect or customer buy your product/service NOW. This is the need of your deal and it defines the speed of your deal closure. Create that sense of urgency in the first 3 minutes of your conversation with your prospect. It will make a massive difference.
