The new DLyte Desktop by GPAINNOVA is an ultra-compact system that gathers all the advantages of any other DLyte system currently on the market. The polishing action based on the innovative dry electropolishing technology reaches every corner of a metal 3D printed part, so it can process inner cavities which cannot be accessed mechanically. DLyte allows polishing of any cast, sintered, or milled part by using the DryLyte Technology. It is accessible to small laboratories, workshops, workrooms, and SMEs that need a cost-effective solution for metal surface finishing processes.
DLyte Desktop is available in two versions: DLyte Desktop Dental, aimed at the dental sector and ready for the treatment of cobalt chrome, and DLyte Desktop PRO, suitable for pieces made of cobalt chrome, stainless steel, and titanium.
DLyte systems combine the electrical flow created by a high-precision rectifier with the movement of the pieces through the solid electropolishing media to remove roughness from the pieces.
