Prevention of fungal & skin infections in summer
1. Keep a change of clothes with you especially cotton underwear and do not wear sweaty clothes for longer .
2. Wash genitals regularly with water and make sure you dry before wearing undergarments
3. Herbal antifungal soaps with neem or antifungal powder to bathe twice a week during very sweaty days .
