It sounds like you have a two-year-old who isn't sleeping well and vomits frequently during the night and requires a sippy cup to go to sleep or has one while he's sleeping. There are a couple of issues here that I want to talk about. First of all if he's vomiting regularly this is definitely something you'll want to bring up with the pediatrician. It would be best to take him to the doctor for this. Generally speaking the doctor can help you with all the questions you have, you brought up a few, and they can give you more advice based on what they see and hear once they've been able to see your son. You mentioned the sippy cup of milk. It's always best to avoid letting your kids go to sleep with a sippy cup or to walk around the house during the day with anything but water in it because it can lead to dental issues and cavities. Again, I would just recommend talking to the doctor about your son's issues. Good luck with everything.
