10 WAYS TO USE PORK RINDS ON THE KETO DIET
Continuing with the theme of must have keto foods to have on hand, in this video we explore different ways to use pork rinds on the keto diet. Recipes are included but I go over some unconventional ideas as well. Pork rinds are a great keto food for beginning a low carb diet.
Many people simply eat pork rinds, also called pig skins, like they are chips. They are the closest chip substitute on a low carb diet. However, they have a variety of uses and ways that you can incorporate them in recipes. I’ll show you sweet and savory recipes that use pork rinds.

Keto Sopapilla Recipe
Add a dollup of sugar free whipped cream to a plain pork rind. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Enjoy
Keto Puppy Chow
1/4 cup butter
½ cup almond butter
1 cup ChocZero Milk Chocolate Chips ([ Ссылка ])
1 bag plain pork rinds
½ cup Confectioner’s Swerve
In a medium bowl, melt butter, almond butter and chocolate chips in the microwave at 30 second intervals until melted. Stir in pork rinds. Add to a paper bag. Sprinkle in confectioner’s Swerve and shake until coated.
Keto “Rice” Crispy Treat
2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
½ cup cold water
1 tablespoon vanilla
Mix together and set aside.
1 cup water
1 cup Confectioner’s Swerve
In a saucepan, add water and Swerve and mix until combined. Bring to boil over medium-high heat. Pour into bowl containing gelatin mixture. Using an electric mixture, beat on high until mixture forms a foamy, creamy white thicken consistency (about 7-10 minutes). Pour into pork rinds and 3 tablespoons of butter. Let set for a couple of hours until hardened.
Porky Pancakes

2 tablespoons heavy cream
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon monkfruit
⅛ teaspoon salt
½ cup pork panko
