For the marinade, I went with about 1/4 cup of taco seasoning, 1/2 can of beer and some pickled jalapeños. Mix it all together and pour over the flank steaks. Let these marinade in the fridge for a few hours. ⠀

When done, they hit the @biggreenegg directly over charcoal at 500 degrees. I like to flip them every 2-3 minutes until they are done. I pulled them off at 125 internal temperature. While the flanks were grilling, I also sautéed some peppers and onions. ⠀

Slice the flank across the grain, mix with all the juices on the cutting board and top with your sautéed peppers and onions. These were delicious!
