Ingredients for 10-12 people:
- 64 oz Tomato Sauce
- 1 ½ pounds of Ground Veal
- ½ pound of Ground Pork
- 1/4th of an Onion (chopped)
- Olive Oil
- 2 Garlic Cloves (chopped)
- Garlic Salt (if you don’t have Garlic Salt use Garlic Powder and Salt)
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Red Hot Pepper Flakes
- Parsley
- White Wine
- 28oz -32oz of Mozzarella Cheese (Shredded)
- Parmesan Cheese
- 3 Boxes of Bake Ready Lasagna
- Parchment paper
- Aluminum Foil

Baking Dish Used: 9.5x13.5x2
Preheat oven and Cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
