Dogs are left in hot cars more often than people realize. Earlier in the month, two dogs were left in a car outside a movie theater in Atlanta. The window was left cracked, but officers on the scene determined the temperature inside the car was still over 160 degrees. Across the country, cases of dogs in hot cars spike every summer. In some cases, civilians see the pets inside the sweltering conditions and save them by breaking windows to get them air. #InsideEdition
