Here is an easy aerial hoop drop from the middle split Star on the Bar to the Ankle hang. It's really more of a slide than a drop so it's great for aerial hoop begginer level or intermediate aerial hoop choreography. It's also a great aerial hoop transition from the lyra top bar to bottom bar and it looks great in any aerial hoop routine :)
