In light of making replay commentaries more useful, and building up to a new Thresh video guide, I decided to show games that demonstrate or show potential in the different areas Thresh Top is actually really good at. The most attractive, as always, is winning lane and pushing the advantage.
Here, Kayle makes a sad but perfect example of how to easily get ahead off 1 gank and some aggressive play, even with sub-optimal runes. This then leads to HOW to play off your advantage and build with the extra gold, as going high-gold, full tank Thresh, though undoubtedly still strong, isn't going to give you the highest influence over the game.
So, this starts the first truly informative replay commentary of Thresh Top. Theory and strategy do change across skill levels, but if you know what to do in every situation, you will be able to adapt to these different skill levels faster and with more precision towards your goal.
Personally I really don't care about rank so I just welcome powerful opponents that happen to match into me, whenever they do, because normal game matchmaking is seriously that broken sometimes.
However, if you have counterpoints to things I say, I welcome them too in the comments below. Hopefully things against Thresh Top theory and not 'kayle was bad kek' or whatever.
