It's time for part two of Dishes around the world. Today's country is Albania and I'm going to show you how to make the albanian lamb pie tavë kosi.

Here are all the ingredients in ml and US units:

8 portions

1 kg/2,2 pounds lamb
Some salt
Some pepper
20 ml/4 tsp vegetable oil
Around 120 gram/4 ounces/0,25 pounds butter
2 garlic cloves
Some water
75 ml/5 tbsp flour
3 eggs
500 gram/1 pound yoghurt
60 gram/2 ounces rice
30-40 ml/2,5 tbsp oregano

ml=millilitre
tsp=teaspoon
tbsp=tablespoon
