Watermelon is one of the most popular fruits and is consumed around the world. It is especially popular in the warm summer months due to its ability to help keep us hydrated. Watermelon juice is also seeing a growth in popularity amongst health conscious individuals and is now being consumed year round. This is because of its amazing nutrient value, ability to reduce the risk of certain diseases and contains high levels of nutrients and plant compounds.
