In this video I go over how to assemble a FCR Keihin carb. This carb is off a 2005 Honda Crf 250r. I will be installing a Allballs carb rebuild kit (part# 133707). I will also be installing a R&D Racing Flex jet (air/fuel screw)(part#. I also set the float height to (6.0mm).

Tools needed/chemicals needed
.Good #2 philips screw driver
.Good #1 straight screw driver
.8mm wrench
.6mm wrench
.17mm wrench
.4mm alen wrench with flat ends don't use ball ends will strip
.3mm alen wrench with flat ends don't use ball ends will strip
.Drill with variable speed
.Digital caliper tool or a float gauge
.Q-tip (cotton)
.Small pair of pliers and (maybe even a set of vampliers pliers to get striped screws out)
.Metal Polish
.Waterproof grease
.Non-chlorinated brake clean
.Compressed air (air compressor)
.Ain nozzle with rubber tip
.Paper towels, and shop rags
