Kochani dzisiaj łosoś w prostym i jednocześnie wspaniałym wydaniu nie tylko na święta. Szybki i łatwy sposób na soczystą i jednocześnie jedwabistą w smaku rybę. Przepis przyda się również dla tych, którym z karpiem nie po drodze:-)) Polecam❤️
Składniki:
400 g łososia
5 g masła
pieprz
sól
cytryna
Łososia oddzielamy od skóry. dzielimy na kawałki i układamy w naczyniu żaroodpornym.
Na wierzch każdego kawałka łososia układamy cienkie plasterki masła.
Solimy i pieprzymy po wierzchu.
Przykrywamy naczynie folią aluminiową i wstawiamy do zimnego piekarnika. Nastawiamy piekarnik na 180 st. C pozostawiamy w nim na 35 minut ( od momentu włożenia ryby do zimnego piekarnika).
Wyciągamy i wykładamy na talerz. Polewamy po wierzchu nagromadzonym się płynem.
Podajemy z surówką coleslaw, brokułem lub z surówką z rukoli i buraka z fetą. (Linki poniżej)

Today's beloved salmon is a simple and at the same time wonderful edition. A quick and easy way to fish juicy and silky at the same time. :-)) 👍
Ingredients:
400 g of salmon
5 g of butter
pepper
salt
lemon
Separate the salmon from the skin. divide into pieces and put them in an ovenproof dish.
Put thin slices of butter on top of each piece of salmon.
We salt and pepper on top.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and put it in a cold oven. Set the oven to 180 degrees C and leave it for 35 minutes (from the moment you put the fish into the cold oven).
Take it out and put it on a plate. Pour the accumulated liquid on top.
Serve with coleslaw, broccoli, or with arugula and beetroot salad with feta cheese. (Links below)
