I forgot to mention that pulling on the bolt so the wing nut grips the wall while backing it out is important. Others mentioned using a wire, paper clip, hanger, or even a magnet as alternatives to the allen/hex wrench like I used. When comparing how far out the bolt is to another, note it doesn't have to get really close to all the way out to be able to rotate for removal.
