Ingredients :
1. Dates -400 Gms
2. Poppy seed- 2 tbs
3. Cashew - 100 Gms
4. Almonds- 100 gms
5. Peanuts- 100 gms
6. pistachio - 25 gms
Method :
1. Take 1 cup dates and remove all seeds.
2. Grind dates in mixture grinder
3. Take pan and heat it.
4. Take 2 Tbsp. poppy seeds and dry roast it on low flame.
3. Take out poppy seeds and put 2 Tbs ghee
4. Roast some cashew, almonds and peanuts.
5. take it out and put 2 Tbs ghee on pan.
6. Cook that Dates until it becomes soft.
7. Now mix all dry fruits in the dates and cook for few minutes.
8. Take it out on a flat surface and allow it to cool down.
9. Roll it using hand on poppy seeds and pistachio.
10. Wrap it in the butter paper
11. Fridge it for few hours
12. Khajur roll is ready.
13. Cut it into multiple pieces and enjoy.
