Kazuki Takahashi passed away as of the upload of this video. The creator of Yu-Gi-Oh and one of the biggest influences on millions of people is no longer on earth. But as he said through Atem and his story, the spirit lives on in the heart of every single person who you left an impact on.
"The gift of kindness you have given me and the gift of courage I've given you will live on in our hearts."
I won't say he was gone too soon, but he has returned to the place he belongs. The King of Games meets his creator and my condolences to every member of his family, the Yu-Gi-Oh community, and the world at large who know a shred about the show/manga/games and have been impacted by it in any way.
