Deung Galbi Kimchi Jjim (등갈비 김치찜) is a kimchi based food and a variant of one of the best known Korean foods: Kimchi Jjigae (김치찌개). It's also called Deung Galbi Kimchi Jjigae (등갈비 김치찌개). Steaming it for a long time makes the deung galbi (등갈비, pork ribs) incredibly tender and juicy at the same time. It's a perfect food that makes you hardy and warm in between seasons!

2. Kimchi (1/2 of the whole cabbage, about 1kg)
3. Onion
4. Spring onion
5. Korean chilli powder (1 tbs)
6. Korean chilli paste (2/3 tbs)
7. Minced garlic (1 tbs)
8. Soy sauce (1 tbs)
9. Corn syrup (1/2 tbs)
10. Sugar (1/2 tbs)
