At 31 years of age, Taylor Kiel is one of the youngest Team Managers in the IndyCar Series paddock. Having been with Schmidt Peterson Motorsports since 2008, he has climbed the ladder from an Indy Lights mechanic to now Team Manager of the Verizon IndyCar Series team. Growing up, Kiel was surrounded by racing, and though he studied business at Indiana University, working in racing was always his goal.
