Hello everyone! Today I'm talking about bojagi (also spelled pojagi) and showing a few of the fun ways to wrap I am practicing. Before I got stuck staying at home in March, I got a lovely book from Kyobo that explains the process and shows a lot of examples and proper techniques. For anyone interested, there are a ton of internet resources you can use as well. Searching bojagi, pojagi, or 보자기, on YouTube brings up quite a few Korean YouTube channels that are focused on this art. Two that I have enjoyed watching are 르비엔 levien and 아름드리 선물포장. Another thing I like about bojagi is the concept of reusing bojagi and reducing waste, as well as being able to recycle garments or fabric scraps into usable items!
I'll be getting a tripod set up for future videos so the camera will be a lot more stable next time.
Until next time!
