Three part molds are great to use for truffles, bon bons, hot cocoa bombs, and cakesicles. These molds include three pieces that allow you to make a perfect chocolate shell every time. Simply pour your chocolate to the fill line in the bottom of the mold and tap on the counter to release any air bubbles. Then, add the center inserts then the top piece. Press the top and bottom together and you have just made your chocolate shells. Place the mold in the refrigerator to allow these to set up then fill with anything you desire.
