Lecture by Marcelo Neri, minister of Strategic Affairs, in the panel “A policy agenda beyond the extreme poverty” during the 1st International WWP Seminar. The event was held on 18-19 November, 2014, in Brasília, Brazil. Brazilian government practitioners and experts from different countries met to discuss the current policy agenda concerned with fighting poverty throughout the world and to focus on Brazil´s experience in this area.
