Yun Cha / 喝早茶hē zǎochá becomes a very popular pastime on the weekend in Sydney. In this lesson we learn how to say 8 popular dim sum dishes in Mandarin and how to order them at the restaurant. The 8 dim sun dishes are prawn dumplings 虾饺xiājiǎo,sui mai 烧卖shāomài, BBQ pork rice paper roll 叉烧肠粉chāshāo chángfěn, steamed beef balls 牛肉球niúròuqiú, spare ribs with black bean source 豉汁排骨chǐzhī páigǔ, fried taro 香芋酥xiāngyùsū, egg tarts 蛋挞dàntǎ, and chicken feet 凤爪fèngzhǎo. Two sentence structures we often use to order are 我想要一份wǒ xiǎng yào yīfèn + a dish name; 来一份lái yífèn + a dish name.
