Hey y'all, I asked you in a poll if you wanted this build and it was an overwhelming yes so here it is. The build isn't even min/maxed and it hits like crazy! Make sure you got hazard protection or it is over for you. If your having problems fighting against high crit high dps builds this will help you. We even ran into a team where 3 out of 4 of the agents on the opposing team were running Negotiators Dilemma and...They got destroyed, so this is also a hard counter to those op builds that are very hard to deal with. So enjoy this build because it is a treat!
