3 Michelin star chef Enrico Cerea from DaVittorio in Bergamot, Italy, talks about the restaurant, the concept and how this operates between the family members that now run the business each day. The restaurant was first opened by his mother and father in 1967 in central Bergamot before it relocated to the outskirts of the town. The restaurant gained its first star in 1978 a second followed in 1996 then gaining its third Michelin star in 2010.
