This tutorial is intended for Pilates students to assist in piecing together exercises when creating a program for the Intermediate client. Learn a basic series of Spinal Articulation exercises including Short Spine and Long Spine to help stretch and articulate the spine while strengthening the core. The student will observe what the objective is, what the muscle focus is, what to watch for from the client and ways to cue their client. Recommended springs are 1R and 1B on a Balanced Body reformer.
