Ingredients:

1 Black Grouper Steak
Olive Oil
Garlic
Rosemary
Salt & Pepper
Old Bay Seasoning
Oregano
Basil
Parsley

Mince/chop your Garlic & Rosemary. Mix all of the ingredients & apply to the grouper as a rub before searing. Depending on thickness, sear on both sides for 3-4 minutes then bake in the oven until the grouper reaches an internal temperature of 140 - 145. Simple & Easy grouper recipe.
