Ingredient :
Mutton 600gram
Oil 250 gram
Ginger paste 1 tbsp
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Salt 1tbsp
Cumin powder ½ tsp
Coriander powder ½ tsp
Black pepper powder ½ tsp
White pepper powder ½ tsp
Milk 250 gram
Cream 1 packet
Water 1 liter
Onion 1 medium size
Green Chilies 4
Fresh Coriander as required
Julian Ginger as required
METHOD :
Boil 600 grams of mutton in 1 liter of water Add 250grams oil, 1 tablespoon of ginger paste to the curry 1 tablespoon garlic paste 1 tablespoon 1 salt or 1 medium onion sliced Boil it well and add 250 grams of milk to the water add half a tablespoon of cumin powder, half a tablespoon of coriander powder, and fry it. Black Pepper Powder Half a table spoon, White Pepper Powder Half Table Spoon when the water is done or the oil rises. In a tub of cream add 1 packet of crane or a little water until the thickness of the cream is worked or dish it out or serve it with fresh coriander, green chillies or ginger if the oil does not rise.
