In my TV Series "First Class Around the World" (1994-1997)I visited Key Biscayne in Florida where at Stefano's, Stefano himself prepared the Original Caesar Salad. The One and only! For all of your chefs and sous chefs to know now world wide,,this is the ONE..like Caesar Cardini used to make. He and his brother Alessandro created this world famous recipe in their hotel-restaurant in Tijuana.
Just follow Stefano and you have the original..without bacon bits, chicken and 'whole' ansjofish..nooo....this one is it ! Some write Caesar (the right ones) and others write Ceasar..anyway gazpacho is also different from carpaccio...but Caesar Salad should be like this.
