More info below: I have switched over to the Weight Watchers Diabetic plan. NOW I get 28 points daily and Im also eating low carb with no more than 30 grams of carbs per meal daily. Today is my second week weigh in after 2 weeks on this plan for the WW Diabetic points and eating low carb. Not keto, but low carb within my weight watchers points. . How did it go?
