Hallie Biden, the widow of Hunter Biden’s brother Beau who was in a romantic relationship with him, testified Thursday that Hunter Biden’s crack use was a constant presence in her life and led to her abusing the drug, as well. She said she saw Hunter with crack the size of “ping pong balls” NBC’s Ryan Nobles reports for TODAY.
