The Indian government has issued an ordinance that contradicts the Supreme Court's ruling to grant the Delhi Government jurisdiction over services. While the Congress party has not yet teamed up with AAP to oppose the ordinance in Parliament, a prominent leader and lawyer from the party, P. Chidambaram, has stated that the ordinance does not override the SC's decision.
