Husband and wife brewers from a sawmill family built Big Timber Brewing Company out of gorgeous local wood and slapped solar on the roof to save big bucks on energy after receiving grants from USDA Rural Energy for America program, promoted by a variety of folks across the state – proving beer indeed does bring people together. Especially in West Virginia where the great outdoors draws adventurers and craft beer lovers alike to experience the magic of Appalachia.

GLASS HALF FULL
Beer brings us together. So does whiskey, wine, and all the things we brew, distill, shake, stir and sip. Every state has their own favorite brew, so raise a glass with us to the distilleries and breweries helping to build our communities, strengthen our economies, and take care of the environment while they’re at it. Oh, and don’t forget the coffee roasters, we’re gonna need them in the morning.
MADE IN AMERICA
Hidden away in small towns, on family farms, down winding roads, are uplifting American stories of innovation and strength -- stories of what this country makes, and what makes this country great. We survive the toughest of times and we celebrate our victories. That’s the essence of being Made in America.
