Serves: 4-5 people
Method:
Tear 1 bunch of lettuce roughly and add in a bowl, 1 cucumber cut big, 1 tomato cut big, 100gram feta cheese, 1/2 cup of olives, 2 spoons balsamic vinegar, salt and black pepper powder as per taste, and a handful of dried cranberries. Mix and enjoy!
