This is another home version of my claypot chicken rice. This is very simple and it takes 20 minutes to cook + another 5 minutes if you want to add an egg at the end. In this method, I use high heat to cook the claypot chicken rice with Chinese sausage. You need to be very careful if you are cooking on high heat. A sudden change in temperature to the claypot can damage and crack the claypot. I suggest if you have never done this before, start off using low-medium to high heat by gradually increasing the temperature, which I have done in my other 2 videos.
