1/2-tsp turmeric powder
1-tsp salt
1-lemon
~Marinate for 30min

Fry 2 chopped - Onions
Cloves, cardamom, cinnamon & bay leaf
2 - capsicum
2-tbsp Ginger & garlic paste
1-tsp redchilli powder
2-tsp salt
1/2-tsp turmeric powder
2-tsp arabian masala
2-tomatoes

Boil water for cooking rice
700-g basmati rice (soaked in water for 30min)
2-tsp salt
5-Green chillies
Corinader & mint leaves
1-whole lemon juice
milk with food color (or saffron)
30-min simmer
