First has to be seated cable rows because so many people jerk the weight up and end up getting more of a connection with their biceps and not their back...which is bad. Second we talk about hyperextensions because you will definitely get results doing them with a static contraction but when you add more flexion and extension you'll feel it more and get more out of it. Next we talk about crunches and the same principle applies, add some extension to stretch those abs so you can get a better contraction. Finally, stiff legs, biggest thing here is to stop the movement when you feel it the most in your hamstrings.
