The Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) were able to transform their Basic DBS Check with Government as a Platform (GaaP). Now, users can go online and apply for a criminal background check and receive a certificate to let potential employers know of any unspent convictions.

They were the first service to integrate with three of the GaaP components - GOV.UK Verify, GOV.UK Pay, GOV.UK Notify.
