Today in this video you will learn how to make Vegetable Sodhi. here we call it Tirunelveli Sodhi, made with mixed vegetables cooked with coconut Milk and Moong dal. also called a Vegetable stew. simple gravy yet delicious. this recipe goes well with chapati, idiyappam, appam, idly, dosa & rice. coconut Milk will curdle easily, follow the instruction as mentioned in the video. add few drops of lemon in the Sodhi once you switch off the stove. please do try and share your feedback in the comments below.
