हाथरस भगदड़ पर गठित एसआई़टी ने अपनी पूरी रिपोर्ट में नारायण साकार हरि का कहीं जिक्र तक नहीं किया है. रिपोर्ट में हाथरस हादसे के लिए कार्यक्रम आयोजक मुख्य जिम्मेदार, स्थानीय प्रशासन की जवाबदेही भी तय की गई है. दो सदस्यीय जांच समिति ने जांच रिपोर्ट सौंपी और कहा कि साजिश से इंकार नहीं है ऐसे में गहन जांच की जरूरत है. रिपोर्ट में कहा गया कि हाथरस हादसा आयोजकों की लापरवाही से हुआ. भीड़ को आमंत्रण देकर पर्याप्त इंतज़ाम नहीं किया गया.
रिपोर्ट में कहा गया कि स्थानीय पुलिस एवं प्रशासन के अधिकारियों ने आयोजन को गंभीरता से नहीं लिया. वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों को समुचित जानकारी नहीं दी.
