SIRLOIN PATTY SMASH BURGER - This is a classic burger that would please any crowd and makes everyone in our home oh so happy. Not many ingredients yet SOOO much flavor, you need this!

Ingredients: 📝
1 pound Ground sirloin
3 Brioche burger buns
3 slices Sharp cheddar cheese
Tt Salt
3 tbsp Mayo
2 Tbsp Ketchup
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
3 tbps chopped Pickled onions
Directions: 🍽
For the sauce:
1. Mix your ketchup, mayo, mustard and chopped pickled onions.
For the burger:
1. On a hot pan toast your buns with your fat of choice, we went with butter. Set them aside.
2. On a clean and very hot pan take around 10 ounces of beef and smash them with a smaller pot until its a but bigger than your burger buns.
3. Add a generous amount of salt to your burger, remember thats the only side we are going to season and the only seasoning we need.
4. When the burger has a nice sear, we just flip it, top with cheese and your top bun, so it steams while the burger finishes cooking. ( Michelin star tip right there)
5. When done, simply add your sauce to your bottop half of the bun, then your already built top.
