Indiana Fever rookie guard Caitlin Clark was called for a controversial technical foul during her team's 81-74 win against the Minnesota Lynx on Sunday (July 14). Clark, 22, was pushing the ball up the court in the third quarter of Sunday's game when Lynx forward Cecilia Zandalasini grabbing her right arm in an effort to slow her down. The No. 1 overall pick reacted with a short swipe, which connected with Zandalasini's face, resulting in a personal foul being called on Zandalasini and a technical foul on Clark after officials reviewed the play.
