Millet (திணை) - 1 cup
Moong dhal (பாசி பருப்பு) - 1/2 cup
Water (தண்ணீர்) - 2 1/2 cup
Ghee (நெய்) - 6 tbsp
Cumin (சீரகம்) - 1 tsp
Pepper corn(மிளகு) - 1 1/2 tsp
Cashewnut (முந்திரி) - 10 nos
Ginger(இஞ்சி) - 1 tsp
Chill(மிளகாய்) - 1 tsp
